- 7 days a week
- 12 PM – Finish
- Monday, Tuesday & Sunday, last orders for food 7 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, last orders for food 8 PM
We have Belhaven Best, Guiness and Aspall Cider on draught as well as lots of many other soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
We can serve lunch and dinner and if you plan a special birthday party or gathering, please let us know as the pub can be busy.
The pub has been reopened in August 2019 after it had been closed for 11 years. It has been busy from day one and the locals as well as visitors enjoy food and drink in our pub.

Visit our village shop
The village shop is part of the pub and is open 7 days a week from 12 pm. We have the basics in stock, milk, bread, eggs, sweets & more!!

We also have soft ice cream in the shop. If your children need persuading to come out for a walk, here’s a good excuse!

Drop in after your walk or visit to the castle and enjoy a cup of Illy coffee or a nice cup of tea and some cake!

Outlander was filmed here
Blackness Castle was used as “Fort William” in Outlander and for several other TV productions.
The castle was built by the Crichton family in the 15th century and it is one Scotland most impressive strongholds.
